The RoboG Dong Nai 2024 Competition, the first AI arena in Dong Nai using humanoid robots, officially launched is waiting to announce the best teams selected for the final round in early September 2024. This is an ideal opportunity for tech enthusiasts to demonstrate their programming talent and creativity.

The competition is organized by the Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations and LHU.

LHU selected as the co-organizer of the RoboG Dong Nai 2024

According to Director of the Department of Information and Communications Ta Quang Truong, the competition aims to bring students who are passionate about technology a dramatic and creative AI playground, within the framework of activities to celebrate the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10.

Particularly, the Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG) will accompany and support this year's competition, providing expert advice, being in charge of the judging panel, providing advanced technology equipment including modern Ukit kits and AI Robots for the participating teams.

As the largest robot competition ever in Dong Nai, it gives contestants the opportunity to experience, apply and challenge reality, develop critical thinking skills, improve technical skills, and widen their vision of robotics - an increasingly important field of technology in the modern world.

The RoboG Dong Nai 2024 Competition has 2 rounds. In the preliminary round (online format), competing teams in each group will submit their products (Ucode game/ Ucode AI application) for evaluation by the judges. The best teams will advance to the final round.

In the final round, the teams will face real-life challenges, requiring creativity and quick response, to complete the task within the designated time limits. The final round will be held from September 1 to 7.

The three best teams in each group will represent Dong Nai to participate in the national RoboG 2024 competition in Ho Chi Minh City on September 22.

The Organizing Committee will then select top teams who will represent Vietnam in the global RoboG 2024 finals, expected to be held in Shenzhen, China, in late 2024.
