LHU ranks 74th in WURI’s Global Top 100 Innovative Universities 2023

At an online conference organized from May 15-17 by the Hanseatic League of Universities - HLU, the World University Rankings for Innovation (The WURI) 2023 announced that LHU has been placed 74th in the top 100 most innovative universities compared to last year’s rank of 85th. LHU also ranks as one of the top 5 universities supporting Fourth Industrial Revolution.

LHU ranks 74th – raising 11 places compared to 2022 in the Global Top 100 Innovative Universities 2023

Within this innovative ranking system, LHU also ranks 39th in the Top 50 universities supporting Industrial Application (moving up 7 notches from rank 46 in 2022 to rank 39 in 2023).

LHU ranks 39th in the Top 50 best universities towards Industrial Application

The WURI ranking 2023 is composed of the Global Top 100 and Top 50 in each of these six categories: Ethical Value, Industrial Application, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Student Mobility and Openness, Crisis Management and Fourth Industrial Revolution. Each of these six areas are evaluated based on the three criteria: Innovativeness, Implementability and Impact.

​Previously, LHU had 10 undergraduate training programs meeting the AUN - QA standards and two programs that meet the international accreditation by ABET.
